Then I'll send a contract and statement of work for you to sign, and the first invoice for the initial project deposit payment.

We'll have a dedicated Notion portal to manage your project (timelines and deliverables) and check-in calls on Google Meets. I'll also send video updates when needed, and communication happends via Slack or email.

You’ll also get tailored documentation and CMS training videos so non-technical team members can update the site with ease.

After that, you’re fully equipped to manage things in-house, and if you ever want ongoing support, I offer ongoing plans tailored to your needs.

Every project is different, so pricing depends on scope, complexity, and goals. During our discovery call, we'll discuss these and recommend an approach that fits your needs and budget. For reference, most projects fall between €3k and €15k+.

Webflow is a great fit when you want to manage everything visually and move quickly, but it has its limits, the same as WordPress and Shopify, and I will tell you when it is the right call.

Custom code makes sense once the platform becomes the limit: CMS item caps, plugin fees, seat pricing, no version control, locked hosting, one-way export. With custom code you own the stack outright, the code and the hosting, on your own accounts. I use Astro so the site stays consistent in content and design, Sanity as the CMS so you can update things easily, and WooCommerce or headless Shopify for ecommerce.

If you are already on Webflow, moving off it is not a rebuild. Most sites migrate in a few days, exactly as they are, with the design, the content and the SEO coming across intact.
