Audit terms and conditions

By purchasing a Webflow Website Audit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all audit services provided by Bjornflow.

1. Scope of Service

The audit includes:

  • One 30-minute introductory call to align on goals and context
  • A written insights document outlining findings and recommendations
  • A recorded video walkthrough explaining key findings (up to 30 minutes)
  • The audit focuses on website structure, UX/UI, SEO & AEO, performance, accessibility, messaging clarity, and conversion-related issues.
  • If the website is not built in Webflow, the audit may include high-level platform suitability observations. No migration planning or implementation is included.

Not included:

  • Brand strategy or full brand analysis (unless directly relevant)
  • Design, development, or implementation work
  • Ongoing consulting or follow-up calls beyond what is stated
  • Third-party tools, paid audits, or competitor research unless agreed

2. Process & Timeline

The process follows these steps:

  • A discovery call is scheduled and completed first
  • After the call, scope and pricing are confirmed
  • An invoice is issued to begin the audit
  • The audit starts after payment is received

Delivery is typically within ~1 week after payment, depending on availability.
Delays (e.g. holidays or unforeseen issues) will be communicated.

3. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is required after the discovery call, via invoice (Stripe or Wise)
  • Work begins only after payment is received
  • Pricing starts from the amount communicated on the website, with final scope confirmed after the call
  • Prices are fixed once agreed and invoiced

4. No Refund Policy

By proceeding with the audit after the discovery call and payment, you agree to the following:

  • Cancellations before the call are free of charge
  • After the call, once the invoice is paid, the audit is considered booked and non-refundable
  • Once work has started, no refunds are issued

You acknowledge that the service begins shortly after payment and waive any applicable withdrawal rights once work has commenced.

5. Use of Deliverables & Intellectual Property

  • You may use the audit materials internally for your business
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as standalone products
  • All methods, frameworks, and approaches remain the intellectual property of Bjornflow

    • 6. No Guarantee of Results

    The audit provides expert recommendations based on best practices. However:

    • No specific results (rankings, revenue, conversions) are guaranteed
    • Outcomes depend on implementation and external factors
    • Search engines, platforms, and third-party systems are outside Bjornflow’s control

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Bjornflow is not liable for:

    • Loss of revenue, data, or business performance
    • Issues resulting from implementation of recommendations
    • Third-party platforms, tools, or hosting environments

    The audit is advisory in nature.

    8. Communication

    Communication takes place via email and the scheduled call.

    Additional support or follow-up may require a separate service.

    9. Acceptance of Terms

    By paying the invoice, you confirm that you:

    • Have read and understood these terms
    • Agree to the scope, process, and limitations of the service

    10. Governing Law & Disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations.Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before legal action.
